Purpose of survey: To ensure workgroups are working as effectively and efficiently as possible, we are seeking your feedback through a brief survey followed by hosting a listening session and/or targeted interviews about facilitation, communication, workload distribution, and outreach to multiply marginalized groups. We will work to ensure ongoing and timely communication between workgroups while overseeing the progress and communication of achievements to all involved. Based on findings, we hope to share recommendations for the next steps at the upcoming full Collaborative meeting on October 7th. This survey will take about 10-15 minutes to fill out.
